09/01/2008 - Time to rivet those plates again !

Martin said I needed to clamp the plates down to stop the gap forming.  However it wasn't until I reversed the rivets so that the shop head was against the thin metal of the spar as opposed to being against the strengthening plates.  They pulled down nicely then and I was happy with the result.

12/01/2008 - Elevators inspected and signed off

Success !!! chuffed passed and signed off.  Relief
